We present a thermal network for heating in the Municipality of Salonta executed in 3 days from receiving the order.
The supply consisted of the standard HeatFlex 90 mm and 110 mm pre-insulated PEXa pipe - production RK Infra Austria, in a total length of 440 m, with delivery in 3 coils.
Day 1. The order was received and processed, the pipes were prepared to the lengths requested by the beneficiary;
Day 2. The transport of the PEXa pipes to the coils was carried out, together with the fittings and the kit necessary to make the joints. During this time, the trenches were executed / prepared for the installation of PEXa pipes;
Day 3. The PEXa pipes were launched and the trenches were immediately covered, at the same time as the joints were made.

The delivery was made from the stock of the new Romtehnologic Infra warehouse in Cristian, Brasov County.
A novelty in Romania is the equipping of the warehouse with an automatic coil winding machine, and it is currently possible to deliver to the length desired by customers. In a short time, the Romtehnologic warehouse will be able to deliver PEXa pipes from stock not only at the lengths requested by the partners, but can also be equipped with the end fittings if this operation is requested.

The positioning of the warehouse, the stock of PEXa pipes, the stock of fittings and the availability of kits facilitate fast delivery to any geographical area in Romania.
In general, the delivery of pipes of any kind involves a high cost that is reflected in the cost of the products.
